The Speaker of the North West Provincial Legislature, Hon. Sussana Dantjie has welcomed Hon. Mmoloki Cwaile from the African National Congress who was Sworn-in as Member of the Provincial Legislature in the vacant seat left by the late MPL Ndleleni Duma who recently passed on after long illness.
