The organisers of the Miss North West Exclusive pageant have announced the cancellation of the 2025 grand finale, which was scheduled to take place on 30 August 2025 at the Rio Convention Centre in Klerksdorp.

The event, which would have marked the third edition of the pageant, has been called off due to a number of unforeseen challenges, including participant withdrawals. Organisers said proceeding under such circumstances would have compromised the quality and integrity of the event, prompting the difficult decision to cancel.

Despite the cancellation of the live pageant, the crowning of Miss North West Exclusive 2025 will still go ahead in an intimate ceremony, streamed live on the pageant’s social media platforms. Organisers explained that this decision ensures the community can still celebrate the journey of the finalists, albeit virtually.

For those who had already purchased tickets, full refunds will be issued. Attendees are advised to send a WhatsApp message to the organisers at 061 535 2681 to initiate the refund process.

In their statement, the organisers expressed gratitude to participants, sponsors, partners, and the wider community for their continued support over the years, emphasising that their encouragement has helped carry the project forward. They also extended apologies for any inconvenience caused by the cancellation.

Although the 2025 pageant will not take place as originally planned, the organisers affirmed their commitment to the Miss North West Exclusive project, which has grown into a platform not only for beauty and glamour but also for empowerment and community engagement.
