The High court has today ruled in favor of the disbanded North West ANC PEC to be reinstated

The court’s ruling is expected to be initiated as soon as the next 2 days.

Joburg High Court rules that the ANC NEC’s decision to disband the North West PEC is unlawful and set aside.

Task Team is set aside & ANC must pay costs.

Effectively #SupraMahumapelo has been reinstated as chairman. #ANCNW
