Police in Mmabatho would like to thank members of the community for their response regarding identification of a woman who died in the early hours of Saturday, 8 December 2018 at  Mahikeng Stadium during the Mahika Mahikeng Maftown Heights Music Festival.

The woman was treated by a Doctor and paramedics, but she sadly passed on and was certified dead on the scene after she allegedly fell from the stadium stand. She was subsequently identified by her family as an 18-year-old Lesego Oratile Khukhwane from Montshiwa Location, Mahikeng.

The VIP Team would like to extend our condolences to the family and Friend during this time of mourning.
