Multi-Award winning Lira graced the SATMA14 stage with great performance that will not be shot-lived in the minds of the people of the North West Province. Lerato Molepo , who is affectionately known as Lira , is a multiple platinum selling Afro Soul Vocalist.

Lira’s performance outfit was designed by ScaloDesigner … a elaborate colorful dress that fitted nicely with African themed celebrations.

The songstress and hitmaker has recently also made headlines around the world recently for being the first African role model of doll brand Barbie. The role model campaign forms part of Barbie’s Dream Gap Project, which seeks to raise awareness around the limiting factors that prevent girls from reaching their full potential.

This year’s Satmas were held at the Mmabatho Convention Centre on the 28th of September.
