Stage 2 loadshedding will take place tonight from 17:00 until 22:00. Loadshedding is a controlled process that responds to unplanned events in order to protect the electricity power system from a total blackout.

According to the Eskom’s schedule, the Vryburg area will be without electricity during this evening’s electricity usage peak.
