Today, 19 February 2019, the North West Provincial Legislature’s Portfolio Committee on Public Works, Roads, Transport and Community Safety will hold an oversight meeting with the MEC of the Department of Community Safety and Transport Management, Dr. Mpho Motlhabane with his senior officials and the South African Police Service (SAPS) Community Police Forum Board.

The purpose of the meeting is to solicit challenges that exist within the CPF board and the forum and the crime stats in the province.
