1. Education: The largest allocation of the budget, totaling R22.864 billion, emphasizes the province’s commitment to enhancing educational facilities, resources, and programs. This includes infrastructure development, improving access to quality education, and supporting learners and educators.

2. Health: With an allocation of R16.968 billion, the health sector receives substantial funding for healthcare services, infrastructure maintenance, medical supplies, and initiatives to improve public health outcomes.
